DEUS Lead Engine

How the lead generation service works

A complete, plain-English walkthrough of how DEUS generates leads, verifies them, and delivers them to your team in real time — and how you only ever pay for leads worth having. Built for SaaS companies, marketing agencies, and service businesses alike.

Overview

DEUS operates a private lead exchange. We attract in-market buyers through landing pages and ad campaigns we build and run, validate each lead the instant it's submitted, then route it to the right buyer — you — by category, territory, and intent. The whole path from form submission to your inbox takes seconds.

Unlike a traditional aggregator (HomeAdvisor, Angi, or a generic data broker) that sells the same record to a crowd of competitors hours or days later, DEUS gives you exclusive or tightly-capped leads delivered while intent is still hot — on pricing and volume terms you control.

The model is simple: we own the demand generation and the technology; you own the close. You fund a credit balance and pay per lead. No retainers, no long contracts, no shared bloated lists.

The lead lifecycle

Every lead moves through the same four stages:

  1. 1
    Capture
A prospect submits their details on a DEUS landing page targeted to your category and area.
  2. 2
    Qualify
The lead is validated and scored in real time against contact checks, intent signals, and your filters.
  3. 3
    Match & route
The engine identifies which buyer the lead belongs to and forwards it instantly.
  4. 4
    Deliver & close
You receive a fresh, exclusive lead via your chosen channel and contact them while intent is high.

1. Capture

DEUS builds dedicated landing pages for each category and market we serve, then drives qualified traffic to them through paid search, paid social, and intent-data audiences. Each page is engineered to convert — clear offer, fast load, mobile-first, single focused call to action — so the leads entering the system are already demonstrating buying intent.

For SaaS and agency buyers, “capture” can also mean a booked appointment or demo request rather than a raw contact — we configure the offer to match how your sales motion actually works.

2. Qualification & validation

The instant a lead is submitted, before it is ever sent to you, it passes through automated validation:

  • Contact validation — phone and email are checked for validity and reachability.
  • Territory match — the lead must fall inside an area you actually serve.
  • Category & intent match — the request matches the service and intent you buy.
  • Duplicate detection — repeat submissions are caught and suppressed.
  • Custom filters — any extra qualification rules you set (budget, timeframe, company size, etc.).

Only leads that clear validation move forward. Anything that fails never reaches you — and never costs you.

3. Matching & routing

This is the core of the system — a ping-post engine. When a qualified lead is ready, the engine looks at every buyer who covers that category and territory and decides where the lead should go, in order:

  • Flat-fee subscribers first — if you hold a standing subscription for that area and service, the lead routes straight to you, automatically.
  • Real-time auction next — otherwise an anonymized summary of the lead is offered to matched buyers; the first to accept (or the highest bid) wins and receives the full record.
  • No-match safety net — if no buyer is matched, the lead is held and offered to nearby qualified buyers rather than wasted.

Because matching and delivery are automated end to end, there is no human delay between a prospect raising their hand and you being able to call them — which is exactly where deals are won or lost.

4. Delivery to you

Leads arrive wherever your team already works:

Email
A formatted lead with full contact details and intent context.
SMS
An instant text alert so you can call within minutes.
Webhook
A real-time push into your own application or automation stack.
CRM
The lead lands directly in your pipeline as a new record.

Every delivered lead is also logged in your buyer dashboard, where you can see status, value, and history, and flag any lead for review.

Exclusive vs. shared leads

You decide how much competition you're willing to accept:

Exclusive

The lead is sold once — only to you. No other business receives it. Highest price, highest conversion, zero competition on the call.

Capped shared

The lead is sold to a small, fixed number of buyers (never the open crowd of an aggregator). Lower price, still tightly limited so speed-to-lead still wins.

Pricing & billing

DEUS is strictly pay-per-lead. There are no monthly retainers and no long-term contracts.

  • You fund a credit balance from your buyer dashboard (secured by Stripe).
  • Each delivered lead draws down credits at its set price — exclusive leads cost more than shared.
  • You can top up, pause, or change your territory and category at any time.
  • Pricing scales with lead value: a high-ticket SaaS demo or roofing job is priced differently from a low-ticket inquiry.
Because you only buy leads that match your exact criteria and clear validation, spend tracks directly to opportunity — there is no budget burned on irrelevant or junk records.

Quality guarantee & credits

Every lead is validated before delivery, but if something still slips through, you are protected:

  • Flag any lead directly from your dashboard.
  • Genuinely invalid leads — wrong/disconnected number, outside your area, duplicate, or clearly not a real prospect — are reviewed.
  • Approved disputes are credited back to your balance automatically.

The incentive is fully aligned: DEUS only succeeds when the leads we send actually turn into business for you.

FAQ

Does this work for non-home-services businesses?+

Yes. The engine is category-neutral. SaaS companies use it for booked demos and ICP-matched prospects; agencies use it as a white-labelable supply line for their clients; service businesses use it for exclusive jobs in their zip codes. Only the offer and filters change.

Where do the leads come from?+

From landing pages and campaigns DEUS owns and operates — paid search, paid social, and intent-data audiences — not from resold third-party lists.

How is this different from an aggregator?+

Aggregators sell the same aged record to many competitors. DEUS delivers exclusive or tightly-capped leads in real time, matched to your exact territory and category, on pricing you control.

How quickly can we start?+

As soon as your account is set up and funded, and we've confirmed coverage in your territory and category. New markets can take a short ramp while we stand up the capture pages and campaigns.

Can we control our spend?+

Completely. You set a credit balance and monthly cap, and you can pause or adjust volume at any time. You never pay for leads outside your criteria.
