Your tools. A connected lead journey.

A lead should not need a spreadsheet relay to reach your sales team. DEUS connects capture, delivery, follow-up and measurement so your existing tools can work around the same customer journey.

Intent → inquiry → follow-upBuilt around your market

Keep the context with the contact

An integration is useful when it removes a real handoff problem. A new inquiry should arrive with the details your team needs: contact information, service requested, territory, qualification answers and the relevant source information available from that journey.

The discovery step establishes which system owns the contact, where it belongs in the pipeline and what should happen next. Not every tool needs a direct connection, and not every field needs to be copied everywhere.

CRM delivery: GoHighLevel and scoped connections

DEUS uses GoHighLevel in its existing inquiry and appointment workflows. Those connections support passing inquiry details into follow-up and booking processes. For your account, the field mapping, pipeline, calendar and permissions still need to be configured and tested.

Lead Engine also supports CRM-oriented delivery and webhook workflows. Other CRMs or custom applications should be discussed by name before committing to an integration. Availability depends on their interfaces, your access and the selected DEUS service—not a blanket promise of one-click support for every platform.

Messaging and booking without the loose ends

An email or SMS notification can tell an owner that an inquiry needs attention. A follow-up sequence can support the next contact attempt. A booking flow can give a visitor a concrete next step instead of another form with no clear outcome.

Lead notifications

Decide which person or team receives the inquiry and which details they need to respond. Avoid distributing customer information more widely than necessary.

Follow-up sequences

Match messages to the inquiry and the permission given. Define opt-outs, stopping conditions and a handoff to a person before turning automation on.

Appointment workflows

Confirm the calendar, availability, appointment details and confirmation path. A booking connection should be tested from the visitor's first click to the team's calendar.

Pixels and analytics should respect the visitor

DEUS's own site uses Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and a visitor-identification pixel behind a consent choice. Marketing trackers load after acceptance, and Global Privacy Control is honored unless the visitor explicitly accepts. The privacy policy explains the tools and how visitors can change their choice.

A client implementation needs its own review of consent wording, events, data fields and applicable requirements. Measurement should help explain acquisition and conversion—not justify collecting information without an appropriate basis.

Agree the map. Test the whole path.

Start with a simple map: capture source, destination, fields, trigger and responsible owner. Check for duplicate contacts, failed delivery and differences between a test inquiry and a real appointment before increasing volume.

Bring your current CRM, messaging provider, calendars and reporting tools to the call. We’ll distinguish what already fits the DEUS workflow from what requires custom setup, additional access or a different approach.

The next step

Connect the next step, not another silo.

Tell us what your team uses today and where inquiries get stuck. We’ll scope the handoff before promising the connection.
